At HABIBI MOD, all products are made to order. This means each item is produced especially for you once your order is placed.

Processing Time

  • Order processing and production typically take 2–5 business days.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location and fulfillment center:

  • United States & Canada: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Middle East & International: 7–15 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local carriers, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product type

  • Order size

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Customs & Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

في حبيبي مود، يتم تصنيع جميع المنتجات عند الطلب، أي أن كل قطعة تُنتج خصيصًا لك بعد إتمام عملية الشراء.

مدة تجهيز الطلب

  • تستغرق معالجة وتصنيع الطلب عادة من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل.

  • قد تزيد المدة قليلًا خلال المواسم المزدحمة أو العروض الخاصة.

مدة الشحن

تختلف مدة الشحن حسب موقعك ومركز التنفيذ:

  • الولايات المتحدة وكندا: من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل

  • أوروبا: من 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل

  • الشرق الأوسط والدول الأخرى: من 7 إلى 15 يوم عمل

يرجى العلم أن هذه المدد تقديرية وقد تتأثر بإجراءات الجمارك أو شركات الشحن المحلية أو ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة.

تكلفة الشحن

يتم احتساب تكلفة الشحن عند الدفع بناءً على:

  • وجهة الشحن

  • نوع المنتج

  • حجم الطلب

أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب أو رسوم استيراد يتحملها العميل.

تتبع الطلب

بعد شحن الطلب، ستصلك رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني تحتوي على رقم تتبع لمتابعة حالة الشحنة.

الجمارك والتأخيرات

لسنا مسؤولين عن أي تأخير ناتج عن الجمارك أو شركات الشحن أو إدخال معلومات شحن غير صحيحة.

العنوان غير الصحيح

يرجى التأكد من صحة عنوان الشحن قبل إتمام الطلب.
لا نتحمل مسؤولية الطلبات المفقودة أو المتأخرة بسبب عناوين غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة.
