At Habibi Mod, our products are made to order through our production partners. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

A description of the issue

Clear photographs showing the problem
After reviewing the claim, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
EU, EEA, UK, and Other Mandatory Consumer Rights
Customers located in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction providing a mandatory right of withdrawal may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected by this policy.
Other Destinations
For customers outside jurisdictions providing a mandatory right of withdrawal, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

Normal wear and tear

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Please review the size guide carefully before completing your purchase.
Personalized Products
Products created using customer-provided names, photographs, wording, or other personalized information may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law.
This exception does not apply to standard products that are merely produced after an order is placed.
Return Authorization
Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer support team. Do not send returns directly to the address shown on the shipping label unless instructed.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
Mandatory cancellation and withdrawal rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
